Israel Innovation Authority and Adani Enterprises sign a contract

Adani Enterprises Ltd., a company based in New Delhi, announced on Thursday that it has inked a contract with the Israel Innovation Authority enabling the Adani Group to collaborate with Israeli companies on technical innovation. The organisation in charge of directing Israel’s innovation strategy is called the Israel Innovation Authority (IIA).

According to a statement from the company, the memorandum of understanding (MoU) will result in the development of a state-of-the-art innovation platform that will give Adani businesses access to tech solutions offered by Israeli startups. Selected innovation projects will also receive support from the partnership.

The statement claimed that this collaboration will strengthen the relationships that Adani has already built over the previous six years in Israel.

In addition, the announcement listed a number of Adani’s core industries that will be included in the partnership, including cyber, artificial intelligence (AI), internet of things (IoT), 5G, and agriculture.

According to CEO and full-time director of Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd. Karan Adani, the Adani-IIA partnership will also help to open a number of channels for the newest technologies from Israel to enter India and speed up the digitization of a number of other organisations.

The Adani Group’s major business is Adani Enterprises Limited. Adani Enterprises has prioritised developing new infrastructure firms, investing in national development, and spinning them off into distinct publicly traded companies over the years.
