Airtel claims to reach 1 million 5G users

On Wednesday, Bharti Airtel announced that within 30 days of the commercial launch of its 5G services in eight locations, it has attracted 1 million 5G consumers.

By December 2023, all of urban India will have 5G coverage, and by March 2024, the entire nation will have it.

Although it is still early, client feedback has been very positive. All 5G devices can now operate on the Airtel 5G Plus network, with a few exceptions that should be resolved in the upcoming weeks, according to an official of Bharti Airtel. Despite this, our network is still being built every day. With a goal of connecting the entire nation, it will keep developing our network.

In Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Siliguri, Nagpur, and Varanasi, Airtel introduced its 5G services on October 1. As the business continues to build its network and finish the roll out, the services in these cities are being introduced gradually.

Deals for 5G equipment were given by Airtel to the South Korean Samsung, the Swedish Ericsson, and the Finnish Nokia
